1 General Provisions

pgnk is an online betting and casino platform that provides various sportsbook and casino gaming services to users in Bangladesh. The platform is secured with SSL encryption and is committed to ensuring fair play.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between pgnk ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered users ("you", "member"). These Terms are written in Bengali and have been prepared for the Bangladesh market.

• These Terms may be updated at any time — you will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
• The Bengali version of the Terms shall always be considered the authoritative version.
• These Terms apply to the use of any section of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use pgnk's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must own a valid, active mobile number and banking method.
• You may only create one account — multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.
• You must confirm that you are using the platform voluntarily and of your own decision.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is prohibited.

pgnk reserves the right to verify the age of any member. If verification shows that a member does not meet the age requirement, their account will be immediately suspended and deposited funds may be returned.

3 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with pgnk. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

3.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full name (as per national ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• A strong password

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact pgnk support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

pgnk reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawal access may be suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pgnk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made using a method registered in your own name only.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• pgnk reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pgnk offers various bonuses and promotional benefits. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or, a ৳8,000 deposit earns up to ৳5,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• pgnk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without notice.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when placing bets on pgnk:

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, it will automatically be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• If an event or game is cancelled, the amount of the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are available for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Odds are subject to change and remain valid until the market closes. Betting markets are available for various leagues including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC events.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, table games, and other casino games are served directly from certified game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.). Each game has its own payout rate and rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgnk platform. Engaging in such activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Abusing bonus benefits or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Betting or managing an account using a third party's funds.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to pgnk's systems.
• Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members.

If pgnk reasonably believes that an account is involved in any of the prohibited activities above, we reserve the right to suspend the account without notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

pgnk places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

• Never bet beyond your means.
• Do not chase losses by placing more bets.
• Gaming should not come at the expense of time with family, friends, or your professional responsibilities.
• Set your own deposit and betting limits.
• You may request a temporary suspension of your account if needed.

10 Limitation of Liability

pgnk is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized access to your own account.
• Issues caused by third-party servers or networks.
• Any loss arising from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information.

However, if a bet is left in an uncertain state due to a technical issue, pgnk follows a policy of returning the relevant amount to the member's account.

11 Changes to Terms

pgnk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

• The date of any changes to the Terms will be noted at the top of the page.
• For major changes, a notification will be sent via email or through the platform.
• If you do not accept the updated Terms, you will be given the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
